Our hands-on, high-energy programs encourage campers (Pre-K to age 15) to Discover, Explore, Achieve, and Navigate new adventures. From skateboarding and sewing to team challenges and creative problem-solving, every camper gains real-world skills while making unforgettable memories.

What You’ll Do

As a Camp Site Director, you’ll lead an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy summer program that fosters fun, creativity, and skill-building. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily camp operations to ensure a safe, structured, and exciting environment.
Leading and mentoring counselors and Counselors-in-Training (CITs).
Communicating with families, providing updates, and addressing concerns professionally.
Problem-solving on the go, adjusting schedules, resolving conflicts, and leading activities.
Creating a positive camp culture that promotes kindness, inclusion, and personal growth.
Manage supplies and inventory, troubleshooting material needs and ensuring all resources are available.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Leadership Experience – At least 3 years of cumulative experience working in summer camps, education, after-school programs, or youth development.
Strong Communication Skills – You lead with clarity, empathy, and collaboration.

Schedule and Requirements

June–August (exact dates vary by location)
Monday–Friday, approx. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be fully vaccinated and up to date on all immunizations.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, respond quickly to emergencies, and work in an active, outdoor environment.
First Aid & CPR certification required (training reimbursement provided).
