Objective, evidence-based observations tied directly to interview responses
Clearly identified strengths and potential concerns
A definitive Yes / No hiring recommendation, supported by specific examples and rationale
- Clear non-promise of hiring, as all interviews are subject to review process
Ensuring interview notes are meticulously detailed to support final hiring decisions: minimizing the need for additional interviews, clarification, or follow-up.
Maintaining accurate, timely records within DEAN’s ATS: JazzHR.
Communicating proactively with the Director of HR regarding interview volume, emerging trends, recurring concerns, and pipeline status.
Adhering to DEAN’s hiring timelines, confidentiality standards, and equitable hiring practices throughout the engagement.

Are highly skilled at capturing clear, objective, and comprehensive interview notes that accurately reflect candidate responses and readiness for hire.
Can confidently infer and document decisive hiring recommendations (Yes / No) supported by specific evidence from the interview.
- Proficient in both Google Workspace and JazzHR.
Value consistency, fairness, and clarity in hiring decisions, and understand how structured evaluation supports equitable outcomes.
Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates, creating a positive experience that reflects DEAN’s values of Trust, Compassion, Growth, and Creativity.
