Our hands-on, high-energy programs encourage campers (Pre-K to age 15) to Discover, Explore, Achieve, and Navigate new adventures. What You’ll Do 

As Camp Nurse, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where kids thrive. Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses, ensuring the well-being of campers and staff.
  • Administer medications in accordance with camper health plans, keeping detailed documentation of dosages and administration times.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, including health forms, incident reports, and medication logs.
  • Conduct health screenings and oversee allergy and dietary needs.
  • Educate staff on basic health protocols, including first aid, sun safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Communicate with parents about camper health concerns, incidents, and medication requirements.
  • Ensure the infirmary is well-stocked with necessary medical supplies.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of a high-energy camp setting.

Schedule and Requirements

  • June–August (exact dates vary by location).
  • Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Current RN or LPN license (active and unencumbered).
  • Pediatric or camp experience preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and up to date on all immunizations.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs, respond quickly to emergencies, and work in an active, outdoor environment.
